Springs Shoe Trend. Anklet Straps on Heels AND Sandals!

These sexy new "anklet straps" on even the most basic pump are the perfect detail to re-vamp the high heel, and we're even beginning to see them on gladiator sandals. Fringe is already taking over the runways and you will really start seeing it on almost everything. I think it's one detail that is here to stay on shoes, dresses, you name it.
